A coaster for Carly

This coaster is for Carly as she prepares for her semester in Italy. 

WHERE SHE IS I WANT TO BE

 I have always wanted to do a beautiful coaster from this tile piece. I used several colors of Glimmer Mist including Sunshine, Latte, and Dragonfly. I used a couple of colors of Sharpies. The Unity stamps I used are Where You Are, the parachute of May 2010 KOTM, and leaves from Throughout All Generations. I used Stazon Timber Brown and Stampin' Up Craft ink. After it was dry I used Inkssentials Glue N' Seal. I think that I probably canceled the ability of the tile to absorb liquid with the Glue N' Seal but I did not want any of the colors to fade or run.

Ok, so I admit that I may lose track of my scrapbook supplies. I found a Basic Grey calendar kit from 2010 that I never assembled! I decided to use it for cards and this is the first one. I love their designs!

Unity Challenge - Birds

I love to add birds to cards. We have been experiencing a few "passings" in our family so I got the beautiful kit "With Sympathy" from Unity and used it here along with Cosmo's Everafter collection. Enjoy!
