Unity's Creative/Coloring Contest! and FWF 7.26.13

The background I made by embossing with Cuttlebug's "Seeing Spots" folder. Then I stamped (mostly the raised dots) with Rubber Stampede's "Crackled Background" using Memento's Rich Cocoa. Then I used VersaMark and a clear embossing powder, again trying for just the dots. Next, I used Heidi Swapp's Color Shine in Mustard, Peach and Tropicana Teal.

The free image from Unity was printed on a transparency and colored with Copics.

Zig Zag 3-D Pop-UP

For this label I used Hero Arts for Sizzix Stamp and Die-Cut with Tim Holtz Stampers' Anonymous Simple Sayings and Mememto Ink
Rich Cocoa. The paper and embellies are Basic Grey's Nook and Pantry Collection.

I used Karen Burniston's Zig Zag Pop-Up and Flagpole w/Lantern & Sign by Sizzix. The bunting is Pennants by Lifestyle Crafts.

Our anniversary and the card for my husband! FWF 7.18.13

My husband is a golfer (oh really?). So to tie in the number to the golf cart (Silhouette) I added the word score underneath - is the number a score or the number of years we have been married? Too obtuse?

Inside: I love my new Pull Tag Frame, Scallop 3-D by Karen Burniston for Sizzix. I added a couple of sentiments inside and our photo. Plus a sentiment on the top - all Unity, of course.

You can see how it looks as you pull the tab!
