Stars and Stripes

It is almost the Fourth of July. Our town puts on a big parade. The military from the local reserve units as well as from Joint Base Lewis McCord participate. It is such a great time to remember how lucky we are to live in this great country!

A card for a friend!

I am enjoying coloring the Newton's Nook's (is that too many apostrophe SSSSS?) Beautiful Blossoms. Such pretty flowers!

Flowers - Zentangled!

I love to color! These flowers remind me of my youth when I doodled flowers like these! This stamp set is from Newton's Nook.

I used My Favorite Things' Cheesecloth background stamp with Memento's London Fog ink.

Father's Day 2015

My husband has been camping lately.  He loves to sit back and just enjoy nature.  So here is the perfect stamp for him! We have two Dachshund sisters that we rescued last year. They came to us wearing purple and pink harnesses so we could tell them apart. I colored their stamped sweaters those colors. They came to us over weight so the rule was no human food. Guess who they know to be an easy mark for a treat?

So cute - Judy and Julie!!!
